General Information

Bangalow Playgroup is run by families every Tuesday from 9.30 to 11.30 during NSW  term-time at the Bangalow Anglican Church Hall on Ashton Street.

A welcoming sign is placed at the entrance to the Hall and you enter into a large high ceiling indoor space with plenty of room for the children to run around or sit and play. Ample free street parking is available nearby.

There’s plenty of children’s indoor and outdoor play equipment including kitchen, shop, car and train set, a great range of dress up costumes, dolls, pushers, plus an assortment of toddler bikes and push ‘n’ walk toys.

Outside is large, grassy and fully enclosed area with a covered sandpit complete with buckets, spades and other sand pit paraphernalia plus a slide and mini roller coaster.

Seasonal event craft options are on offer too plus painting and play-doh and at Christmas, Santa always pays a visit in a big red fire truck and hands out small gifts – an absolute hit with all the kids!

Bangalow Playgroup  would be grateful if you could bring a plate of food – preferably fruit – to share at around 10.30am.  Refreshments of coffee and tea are provided for the parents.

At around 11am it’s sing-a-long time with well known nursery rhymes and musical instruments for the kids to play before it’s time to pack up at leave at 11.30am
